New Start Up-outdoor Mobile Boat Billboards-miami

We just launched an outdoor billboard company targeting Miami Beach, a huge market, with very limited outdoor media products. We are able to reach the beach and causeways, capturing 150,000+ eyes a day.

Where should me strategy focus be... with Ad Agencies, Media Buyers, direct with companies? or even working directly with other outdoor media companies.

    Some people might like their beaches sign free and therefore look down upon companies that advertise on the waterways. If I had to do your job - I would say make your advertising much more subtle and stealth in scope.

    I would say your primary focus should be ad agencies. They are most likely about to send the most customers your way. They will also have many connections to people looking for advertising. Pick a couple of the big ones locally and go get'em.

    Be sure you have some materials you can leave them. Some things to address:
    How many people will be reached?
    What is the demographic?
    Pictures of your product in use.
    List of past clients.

    Thanks for all the advice. It looks like i need to target media buyers for ad agencies first!
