Commercial Real Estate For Physicians

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I am a commercial agent specializing in helping physicians find office space to lease and/or purchase.

What suggestions and advice can you give me to get into their network(s) and have turn them into clients?

Thank you,

Gail

This has usually one of the harder markets to crack. These professionals are being marketed to from every possible direction with every conceivable thing.

I think you need to just farm these professionals and hope to be top of mind when the time comes for them to need you.

Ideally, you'd build a database that would tell you when their space is about to come up for renewal (like a year or so in advance?).

Looking forward to other responses on this one.

Have you tried to present to any of the professional organizations they might be involved in? Who do the physicians rub shoulders with.

I think you really need to be sure to keep up with past clients. If you have kept in touch, they are more likely to mention you when a fellow physician asks how there move was ahwile back.
