As a brand manager, would you be the person to pull the trigger on a workflow solution that orients itself around managing the review and approval process? Our software inserts itself into the approval process in multiple spots within the project cycle. It allows content to be posted for review and then tracks, keeps real time status updates and captures time and date stamps of all activity. It allows reviewers to markup and comment on content, whether it be static print content, video, flash, and web design, and then send those comments back the initiator with an approval status – it eliminates paper trails, etc.
We have been working with advertising agencies who are implementing this software to use internally and with their clients. The fit is right there for them.
But what about the marketing department within your brand company? Is this a fit for the way projects flow throughout your department? Are you, as a brand manager, the person who would pull the trigger to deploy such a solution? If not, who would be?
I am truly trying to understand your workflow and to assess the fit here, this is not a sales post.
Thank you very much for your input.
Kindly,
Jennifer
