Retailer Looking For Seo/sem Sgies For Teen Site

Hello

I am looking for SEO/SEM strategies to better position teen retailer site. there is no ecommerce involved.
Would any of you have ideas of how to reach those teen and tweens?

    the message contains a forum, message board and a radio as well as possibility to purchase gift cards.

    Cindy - it would be helpful to see the site because then we can see what you are already doing, assess your code, current placement and such ... there are always the old stand bys:

    1. Solid content
    2. Good Title Tags
    3. W3A compliant code
    4. Good description and keyword tags
    5. Good H1 tag content and supplemental HTML stuff
    6. Good keywords

    But since we don't know what your site is or what you are already doing, these answers could be way to simple for you or not even make sense as to what you are looking for. More information you can provide = better and more helpful answers ....
