New Brand, Bad Business, Need Help.

hello
i just started business last year selling outdoor(military concept) bags and business is poor. its a new brand.
Is it a price or product issue?
my bags are made of cordura materials, Equipped with industrial hardware- YKK zippers and UTX/Duraflex hardware, water resistant and uses Molle system. all bags comes with lifetime warranty. prices are comparable to that of crumpler's.
what are the suitable price rangeif i offer lifetime warranty. thanks in advance

    If your business is entirely online, is your problem poor traffic or poor conversion (traffic -> sales)? These are different problems and require different solutions.

    i am operating a retail outlet in Singapore. decided to give a 70% discount on all products. Sales has been very good. but am selling it at almost cost prices thus suffering heavy losses. any idea where i can go from here.? i am thinking of changing it to online business, like ebay or something.
