Many a time I've seen fantastic promises in online ads only to be disappointed when the website I'm taken to does not live up to its promise!

The slower way is to cultivate relationships with your prospects - this could mean hanging about forums and blogs where your target audience is. You get to help, offer expert advice and inspire trust.

You could also pair up with another biz which offers something complementary to your biz. Could you tap into their database of customers who are your customers too?

I wonder if I could get you to clarify your question. Are the characteristics you describe in your question the ONLY distinguishing features of your target market? Because if so, it seems like you are only offering a particular service option, something people would check off on the online pay page, ("what address would you like this shipped to?") rather than a direct product or service.

Are you competing with other electronic retailers? Don't many of them offer this option? Can you subcontract with those that don't?

The problem that I see is that this is not a unique offering. Many companies will ship the products where ever you desire.

I think your best bet is to do some search engine optimization on your site to be sure that people find your site when looking for particular items that you sell. People are usually looking for a good price from a reputable seller.

I good way to get traffic is to allow people to review products, kind of like Amazon does. Users find these helpful and it gives you an image of a seller who cares what people think.
