How Does Trademark Helps My Business Or Brandname?
my company was strated in 2001 since then i have been using a brand but i got the newz tht some one else is also using the brand of the same name but minne is a artworks ltd. and his is entertainmenet corp. i want the brand to be with me in future in i want to grow my business i can use the name i got the nes tht he has not registered the symbol or logo so is it applicable tht his entertainment corp. can be sued for using my name after i got my trademark?
