Please send me details of all activities of Industrial Selleng that can be managed from the plant office? We have large global network of our area offices across the 16 countris in the world and I have given assign ment to manage the sales communication for both internal and external i.e. production clearence, complaints handling,, ontime delivery etc. but the exact area of job are still not very much clear. please suggest.

    I found your question a little confusing, so my apologies if my answer is not providing the assistance you were looking for.

    Internal communications involves providing the information to your sales people and other members of your company who are involved with customer copntact which would make sure your company meets its goals. Technical training on your products, information about how your propduct compares to competitors, information about sales tools available, etc. Because it is internal to your company only, the information can provide details which you would not want released to potential customers.

    External communications is your communications which are made to external customers. The communications could be through direct to customer methods in the form of direct mail or newsletters, or through indirect methods such as advertisements, press releases, articles, etc.
