Marketing Requirements Document (mrd's) - Does Anyone Have A Good Template?

I am looking for a good outline for a website redesign. We are going to coordinate our various groups activities with a Marketing Requiements Document. Does anyone have an example of a MRD? I hate to reinvent the wheel.

    I was about to recommend the same URL as listed above. Pragmatic Marketing has a lot of good material on their site for product managers/product marketing (mostly aimed at tech industries).

    MRD is generally used to mean "Market Requirements Document", not "Marketing Requirements Document". Minor difference in the words, but this actually is a major difference in meaning.
