Different regions and races of the world have different perception and messages from same color.

Example: Black color is the symbol of mourning/death in US but White is the color for same in Far East/ many parts of Asia.

I suggest you, to mention the region/race where you want to apply this knowledge. Then we will be able to help you more.

Don't forget, colors and their impact on people is very much affected by culture/country. As an example, white is the color of death in Korea, where white is the color of marriage in the US (then again, perhaps marriage and death are the same to some...)
