Target a specific niche. People are not likely to visit your site (or advertise on it) if it's trying to be all things to all people.

Your site needs a paragraph of text on it to explain why you are the only solution to the client's problem. In addition, the text will help the search engines to classify your website.

Right now, all the search engines see are the ads from everyone else. Check out https://www.seo-browser.com to see what a search engine sees.

Also, you need better title and meta tags.

The title tag is the most important on-page ranking factor. Approximately the first 50% of the tag should be unique on all pages. Currently your tags look very similar or are identical from page-to-page.

Also, the meta description tag is unlikely to provide much SEO value but it does provide a great opportunity to write good direct-response-type copy and compel search engine users to click on your link in the SERPs.

I agree with pros that you need an effective headline and brief value proposition. You need this for both the search engines and usability. Why should your visitors dig deeply into the site to understand what you do and how they benefit.
