There are many designers here. You probably ought to post your project in the Hire an Expert section of this website. Just click on the link above or go to the "Post a Project" link in the column at the right side of this page.

Most of us have established relationships with experienced designers and you can end up with dozens of recommendations. Or you can post the specs and budget for your job and let people self-select and bid on the work themselves.

P.S. The key to getting what you want in a logo is preparing a very tight creative brief and holding your designer to the specs you set out for the job.
