The Idea For An Ad Campaign For Woman S Towels

Women's towels with Clear direction

I want some ideas and advices for that campaign , and I want distribution in the East and must be observed about Culture ?

    Er, as far as I know a towel is a towel. I too have a possible suspicion; trying to put this delicately, do you mean sanitary napkins?

    I'd be happy to help, as I am a former VP-Marketing for a leading feminine protection manufacturer and understand the market (at least in North America) reasonably well. I also pioneered television advertising for tampons and pads in the United States, back when the mere mention of the product category gave television network censors fits. (We couldn't refer to any benefits!)

    However, you will need to provide a lot more detail than you have. We'll need market data -- who is the competition, and what are they doing? We'll need product information -- what makes your product better than the alternatives? We'll need to understand your target audience -- what are THEY looking for, what are their greatest unmet needs, how do they view the product category, etc. And we'll need to know the advertising and promotion boundaries for the category in the markets where you plan to market the product.

    Are you targeting teens primarily, or all women 12-44? Do you have a positioning and marketing strategy currently, or is this a new entry?

    If you'll give us some information, we'll be glad to help, but without details this is an almost impossible question to answer.

    im very happy to your interest

    1-Here follows the market for a conservative society
    2-The target age group are: 12-40 but we will fouced on girls more than woman .
    3- our brand will be new in the market
    4-the competition : there are many like always if u know it brand name alot of ads in MBC tv.
    5-price will be More expensive than other brands but with more Quality .
    6- in fact their are no greatest unmet needs .
    all brands give the same like soft -Health -Comfort and safety .

    i think i will work on safety like Umbrella
    as positioning and marketing strategy .

    If there are truly no unmet needs, then there is probably no market for your product. And I can assure you that all brands do not "give the same" benefits.

    We built a very successful business with meaningful differences in this category. Even if the benefits are similar, there are differences in how you deliver them that can be leveraged with consumers.

    This is a category that women care about perhaps more than any other. Talk to them in a structured way, dig into their real attitudes and perceptions, and you will find that there are dozens of unique positioning opportunities. Your challenge should be to identify the one that has greatest potential in your market.

    This is NOT a commodity category.
