    Tried taking your survey and got a message telling me I'd already taken it. Something wrong, obviously.

    that new link indeed takes me to the survey, which was reasonably short. however, you do not allow much space for open answers, which may get you much deeper insights

    Took survey. Agree with comment about making the open-end text boxes larger. Why limit size? I might have volunteered more info if there had been more space.

    I just took the survey. I agree with making the boxes bigger. I had to write some pretty odd sentences to make it all fit!

    Thank you all for taking the survey! I have received some great feedback and really appreciate your participation. I am going to keep the question open over the weekend and then award the points and close it early next week.

    Andy... I wanted to thank you for your response. I totally hear ya, too. We have a couple of manufacturing clients and we handle all of their solicitations... it can definitely get annoying and frustrating. This is the main reason why we wanted to conduct this survey... to figure out an effective way to earn business and build relationships with marketing agencies and marketing professionals like yourself without landing on the "Never do business with" list.

    Done. It would have been nice to know what the goal of the survey truly is from the outset.

    BARQ -

    If I knew the purpose of the survey, then I'd be able to decide if I was the right person to complete it and why I would be interested in spending a few minutes to complete it (would I gain the results from the survey, a prize, etc.). I don't need to know enough to affect how I answer - just if I should.
