i'm intereseted in talking to any 'real' customers of this company are you one?. if you thinking of taking this company on (or their other name 'rockfish) i suggest you keep hold of your money!

    Dear Sales,

    I can't say I've heard of the company you've mentioned, but your advice to avoid them (or any company come to think of it) might serve you better if you offer more information to justify your complaint or dissatisfaction.

    If the company you're talking about is the same company based in Blackpool, Lancashire, and if you're also based in the UK and you're not happy with their results, you might want to lodge formal complaints with your local Citizens' Advice Bureau, or with your local Trading Standards Office.

    But before doing this, you might want to give the company concerned an opportunity to rectify any error or mistake. If they're unable (or unwilling) to work with you and if you truly feel your complaint is justified, then consider the course of action outlined above.

    Are you complaning or asking for experiences? Before you choose any SEO company, ask for testimonials, see if they have some big customer in their sleeve, and find in case some big customer left them.
