    Dear Majees300

Are you asking if you can see the brand strategy that's just been completed by the person who no longer works for your company?
If you are, then the only person who can answer that question would be your immediate supervisor, or whoever is in charge of the brand strategy.

If you've been involved withe the preparation of the document, you may well know some or all of the content already. But I rather suspect the answer to your question's going to depend on the internal politics of the company you work for.

Sorry I can't be more specific, but I hope this helps.

If it's now your project, then it would seem that you can and should know the brand strategy. How can you do your job otherwise?

If you're asking how to write a brand strategy, that's another question. It's not something you should attempt if you've never done it before. You would be wise to hire someone who specializes in brand strategy, and you may have to repeat the workshop, assuming none of the participants can do the job.

Can you elaborate / be more specific on exactly what it is you know and are looking to do? This is VERY nebulous in content and direction.

First, define who your customer is
Second, where does this customer purchase FMCG
Third, develop your path (strategy) to make sure your product is placed where the customer buys, at the right price so it is a FMCG

If you're well-established, but weak in awareness, it sounds like you need to build both the awareness and preference for your brand. That's an investment in strategy building and marketing communications that should probably be given to an agency as it sounds like the depth of talent to do so is lacking internally.

As a starting point, at least do some primary research on brand management, planning and strategy - there are MANY good books on the subject that can guide you and provide examples (check Amazon.com). While you're waiting for those to arrive, use the many free, readily available online resources as well (i.e., start at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brand_management, marketing sites and blogs, etc.)

    Good luck.
