Cost For A Tradmark?

Does any have an idea what it cost to register a trademark (name and logo) for sporting goods?

Is it possible to use a name that is already use, but related to another products?

    Yes, you can use same name outside present TM usage, exampled...McDonald's has quick service restaurant (QSR)...McDonald's Sporting Goods may or not be available under the pto search for that business category.

    Cost, via trademark attorney, could be expensive. Try www.legalzoom.com to cost the process out
