Marcomm Department Reorganization

Like many orthers, I have just downsized my dept. and need to reorganize my team of three, to oversee the needs of a rapidly growing consulting firm. The team include myself (Director), a wonderful writer who has been overseeing the majority of our communications and a Marketing Planner who has been managing our two annual company meetings (much more room here for additional work).

Where can I go to find help, including org charts and job descriptions?

A great way to build job descriptions is to go to Monster and the other job search sites and search for listed positions with titles and responsibilities like what your company deals with.
