I Want To Start An Online Business...advice Please

I'm a small business entrepreneur and I have limited budget. I want to embark in online marketing and I want to know if it is practical to use a live chat support software considering my small budget. I met somebody in a forum and he mentioned about this 24/7 hour chat support software. He said I can use this to attract more customers and convert visitors into customers as I already built a website for my business. I just wanted to know more about live247 and why he highly recommended it to me. Your comments here will be highly appreciated, please enlighten me more. Thank you!

    You are asking, 'How long is a piece of string".

    Of course support is important for any business and live sales people to convince your buyers in real time is also great.

    But you need to assess for yourself, what is the cost of using such a service.

    The rental of the software is minimal but you have to PAY your operatros 24 / 7 (or during the agreed hours).

    If yuolu have budget to hire personnel and if they can justify their salaries by the volume of sales that they close then you have a shot.

    BUT - in ordert o make it work, first you need LARGE volumes of ytraffic coming to your site - if you have no visitors then you have nobody for your agents to 'chat' with :)

    My advise - FIRST optimise your traffic strategy, SEO, SEM, CPA, CPL, CPC etc. and optimise your online sales conversions to the point where you are reaching ROI.

    Then, add live chat as an enhancemenmt (Not a first line of sales because it is too expensive per sale ).

    Feel free to get in touch if you need more advise, I am doing this daily with online sales augmented by chat and live PHONE. So I am sure I can share some experience if you need.

    Thank you for the response guys..esp to Mathew...you're comment is so nice. I've learned a lot from it. Though the https://live247support.com, the live chat support company that offers live technical support to customers isn't my first line of sales yet, once I'll be able to optimize my traffic strategy and I am able to bigger profit, that's the time I am going to venture to this live customer support software.
