Best Marketing Databases For A Multinational?

A multinational corporation with franchises in 30 countries has a home-grown, primitive marketing database. We have a number of unique demographics to track and I don't know if the usual CRM packages will accomodate them or not.

    Depends on what format it is being held in and whether that format can be imported into the CRM program you plan to use.

    Dear Levon: Thank you for the fast response. My intention is to ETL the data out of the legacy system in a format that is acceptable to any relational database, with proper documentation of what is what. I have done that successfully with some portions of the data so know it can be done for all of it to be able to populate some CRM database. My main concern was locating a CRM database that would accept our custom data and that I could use with the CRM system. Hopefully this clarifies.

    I would short list 5 systems you like on features and usability and then ask the ultimate question to the sales rep - will it work with your current data - and if so can you test to see before buying.
