"All employees corporate and field" is a little too broad for a target audience, juliewalker. Can you narrow it to include only those who are within 25 miles of your retail location? Only those who regularly purchase products like yours? (Products or services?)

What's the benefit you're going to promise (and deliver)? How will you deliver that benefit? How will people learn about you? Is this just for the walk-in traffic? Is it going to be an online business? Mostly male or mostly female, or aboout 50/50?

We can definitely help you, but we need more information. And, FWIW, "catchy" isn't usually the most effective way to name something. Better to communicate an important benefit if you have one. (And if you don't, maybe it's time to rethink the whole business proposition.)

The wellness program is for our company/employees not for customers. Our business is Beauty related. The wellness program is to drive better health for our employees and help lower claims costs in the future.
