Dear David,

With Google, the minimum bid is 5¢. I know of no CPC systems that charge a penny. The whole point of CPC is that the network supplying the traffic makes money.

There are some tertiary platforms that deliver very inexpensive clicks. However, I haven't found them to convert very well and the traffic is thin. Despite the cheap clicks, you may find your cost per acquisition may actually be higher.

Also, with MS doing so much advertising, Bing, despite being a top-tier network might be a good buy in your niche right now. Worth looking at.
