    Andrew,

    1. Experimental kiosks sounds a bit weird to me, since an image of the vending machine comes in my mind. I would suggest you not to use a word kiosk. Instead use lounge. It sounds more relaxing, comfortable and evokes thoughts about some pleasure.

    2. In my own experience, it is worth to establish not only comfortable TV lounge areas furnitures a modern way (where your prospects can take a seat and test all the functionalities on site), but also to do cross-selling with the technical equipment providers. For instance, everyone who's byuing TV service gets a new TV set at a discount rate.

    3. You did not mention any details about your Unique selling proposition, since it makes sence to position your promotion around the benefits. I suppose you can promote such features as yesterday TV, pay-per-view, video-on-demand, games and others, if they are available via your TV service.

You need to identify the viewing needs of your visitors. Make everyone feel like the king/queen of their viewing experience. Feel like something funny? We have lots of choices. Feel like drama? Got it. News? Weather? Hobbies? You're selling freedom of choice from (hopefully) high-quality offerings at an attractive price for their entertainment.
