Begin with the end in mind.

One day, armed with your new qualification you might want a job.

Contact firms you would like to work for, speak to their head of marketing, and ask them what problems they would be interested in having you research.

Filter the suggestions against the things that interest you, and pick the topic.

Then work with the target firm to develop something that has practical applications for them, and potentially positions you to get an entry role when you complete your studies.

Thanks so much for your help it seems like an interesting topic.However i would still have to read up some literature about the topic and enlightening myself more about it.

These books look like they will really be helpful guess i will start searching for them and see which ones i can lay my hands on. however i have started reading on crowdsourcing and it seems like a new approach that is going to be the next buzz in the world of branding and marketing as a whole
