Clearance Promotion

I have a number of outlets for the sale of cosmetics and perfumes, and I have a brand of makeup I want to get rid of it ( clearance ). Can I do normal promotion like put the items in baskets and sell it for certain small amount or pay extra money to do special bags and the payment of additional incentives for employees and manufacturing special poster and marketing materials…. Etc
I want to know the right method for clearing a brand?

    so you engourage the extra efforts for the clearance?

    i disagree with you since we did the clearance in order to get rid of items are not sellable anyway for many reasons, price , quality , and they are old.
