Need Ideas For Fun Filled Activities

I would like to arrange gathering of 25 customers with their families. I need ideas how do i get the spouses and kids engaged...i mean any ideas for games, competition, and second how i can create strong branding in those activities.

my clients are family physicians and i have two products i.e.
1. Esomeprazole - an antacid
2. Pregabalin - for pain management.

please advise how can i create strong branding related with activities (banners, slogans, interactive game shows involving spouses and kids)

i have already planned scientific program for the doctors..1 hour workshop which will be facilitated by a well reputed Professor (KOL) to teach and update the family practitioners about the management of Gastric acidity and ulcers.


hope i have expelled out too much...awaited for replies...i know most of you would not have any interest sharing even reading my question but i really appreciate you do so....

    Why would you want to involve the physician's families in your sales presentation? Why not provide a quality experience for them (food, entertainment, music) and focus on creating an simple/effective presentation for the physicians?

    valuable inputs....

    In addition to my earlier briefing..the workshop (Scientific presentation) is for only physicians with no interruptions in a separate Conference room. Whereas the spouses and kids will be entertained separately in outdoor games, competitions, inflatable slides, bounce, cotton candy, popcorn, magic shown and quiz competition for spouses with plenty of food and music blah blah..i have hired an agency who will look after the whole entertainment part. Weather at the time of event is expected to be pleasant..no worries. event venue is also a farming sort of a place where physicians would love to take their families.

    My only concern is that how can i formulate my branding element further stronger. I mean Shark has already given his/her inputs by putting brand names on every single thing...cuttlery, prizes, wrapping sheets, napkins game themes, excursion slogans...) but I need some more on this as this would definitely going to be a memorable event for the physicians.....
