Brand Strategy Template

I am working on a brand strategy for a publication that would like to reposition its brand. I would like see how other people have developed great brand strategies and benchmark with mine, therefore could anyone please assist me with a great brand strategy that they've worked on previously. It doesn't have to be for a publication only.

    Unless someone else has created a brand strategy for your publication in the last 30 days, anything we share will be useless ... and probably counter-productive for you.

    There is no way to benchmark a brand strategy, because each brand strategy is (and should be) unique and specific to the objective and constraints of the company/brand. What someone else did for his/her brand might be exactly wrong for yours.

    Suggestion: Trust your own judgment and do your best. Don't waste another minute comparing what you've done to what someone else has done for a different business, in a different market, maybe even on a different continent.
