Pick a specific brand or category, and a clearly defined geography. Then conduct research among a representative sample of customers to see if you can isolate the factors that contribute to (a) their perceptions of the brand(s), and (b) how those factors interact to affect their purchase decision(s).

    Dear d_miyanda,

Your request is WAY too broad. Add definition. Add exclusivity.
Add specificity. Then, and ONLY then will you make progress.

Drill, don't strip mine. Be specific and you'll find more.

    I hope this helps.

From customer's point of view, I think best topic that you can work on is
    'Brand Personality'

Like humans, brands too have personality like Coke, 7up, Nestle, Walls, Honda, Sony and etc.

You can make comparisons on different brand personalities and share customer's associations and how customer's perceptions about brands changes

You can also pick one brand personality and talk all about it , brand equity, features, positioning, customer's associations, loyalty, feelings, thinking, attachment, engagement and everything.
