Tip Sheet Branding

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I have a bunch of guidelines of how to make perfect phone calls, write good emails and so on. Basically they are tips sheets for employee. I have been asked to brand them. I don't want to brand them as tip sheets.
Anyone got any ideas? Maybe some brand name ideas even.

Who is the target audience? Are these for folks in a call center? For receptionists? For managers?

What is the BENEFIT to them of having your tip sheets? Will it make them smarter, funnier, more lovable, get them promoted faster, etc.?

Who is asking you to brand them? What does he or she plan to do with the "brand" once you've done it?

We know a lot about branding and how to do it, but we need to understand more about the marketing objective in order to help you do it right. And there's no point in doing it wrong, right?

They are for managers. It's for our organisation. We are a youth charity organisation. Purpose for these sheets is to help managers do their daily tasks efficiently.
