Google's Date Range Search
I’d like to understand Google’s date range/specific date search. As far as my understanding goes, Google shows the results that were present on any specific date range selected. For example, if I have selected June 26 to July 26 2010, it would show the list of sites that ranked in the SERP during June 26 to July 26 2010 or if I select one single past date (say June 20, 2010) it shows the result that were present during that part of the day. I am not sure if I am on the right track if not please throw some light and provide your insights on Google’s date range search.
