For example, we already know we want our dealers to be certified. Being certified will mean that they have been trained by us in all aspects of programming, selling, and installing our system. We know what our dealer cost will be and we know what MSRP will be. So, I have some aspects of the program already but I need help in determing what other aspects of our relationship will need to be defined. Also, I was hoping to be able to see examples of other companies and how they set up their dealer programs and what their parameters are to help me in developing ours. Are there any resources on the web that can help me in this project?
Another question....I would like to get industry specific numbers (ie expected growth, demographics, yearly sales) for my specific industry. Where on the web is the best place to get these figures?
Thank you very much for any help you can provide and I will do my best to respond as quickly as possible if there are any questions.
Regards,
Kerry
