Promational & Marketing Plans For Toddlers School

i have to give a presentation on
1. Promotional activities,
2. marketing plans,
to start up a new preschool in India
can you suggest me some activities to create the visibility and get admissions

    Refer back to the business plan and see what was anticipated in the original budget/plan. If it was just a lump-sum budget, then you have a real project ahead of you.

    You'll want to consider a total, comprehensive marketing plan ... including pricing strategy, advertising, promotion, product/service offering, sales strategy, etc.

    You'll also want a clear definition of your primary target audience and a positioning statement that explains your the important and unique benefit you provide for that target audience. And it would be good to know what your competition is doing.

    ...You do have a business plan, don't you?

    If not, make the creation of one your starting point.
