Relaunching An Airline Company

i work in an airline company and our sales is very bad so i want to make a relaunch to this company any one has any suggests ? and you have to know that we have 2 airplanes, we fly 5 destinations, our base in Egypt and we fly to Saudi Arabia, we don't have any promotional activities we just based on appearance in the reservation system in this destinations, and finally we have one competitor who fly the same destinations and our prices have no difference. at the end i highly appreciate your help.

    If the prices are the same, then can you compete on: time of departure, added service (in-flight food, shopping, in-flight entertainment, guaranteed arrival times), or added benefits (discounts with certain hotels and/or car rentals and/or tours)?

    thank you, but we will convert our company to low cost so we will not be able to increase our expenses on the other hand our trip take from 60 to 90 minutes maximum and usually used by workers so they search on the lowest price even with the lowest benefits

    Get your happy clients to speak for you. People like to do what makes their friends and colleagues happy. Provide incentive for them to provide great word-of-mouth publicity.

    If you only have 5 flights and 2 aircraft you have a credibility issue. Not that you aren't credible (IATA takes care of that for you) but if an agent in Aukland doesn't know you it's hard for them to trust your service.
