Twitter Tool That Finds Links/content For You

I was reading an article that mentioned a Twitter scheduling tool that not only scheduled tweets for you but would find relevant links to tweet for you as well. I can't seem to find the article anymore and don't remember the name of the tool. Given this description, does anyone know which tool this might be?

    Roost (www.roost.com) does exactly that and it's free. You can also schedule posts for LinkedIn and Facebook. I haven't used the suggested content feature much, so I don't know how relevant the links it suggests are.
