Guidelines/template For Partnership Branding

We are a B2B healthcare company that recently partnered with another healthcare company. Together, we will be selling services to employers in our partner's local market. At this point, we have opted not to come up with a separate name/brand for the partnership. Therefore, we will be co-branding. So I would like any advice, templates or examples of partnership branding.

    Sounds like a good way to confuse two brands at the same time. What is the message you want to send to your target audience? Once you can define the target audience and the positioning benefit of the partnership, we can try to come up with a solution to your problem ... if there is one.
