I am a group Lead for a Project Management Group that manages all aspect of a drug development project from the time it is declared a candidate to post approval with a regulatory agency. We are US based, but projects are global. Our customers are mostly internal partner lines, but we do collaborate with a few external service providers or KOLs. Our field is oncology. We are looking to rebrand ourselves besides the basic project management title to show the following job attributes:
Project planning and strategy
Driving project execution
Assessing and managing project risk
Building/ensuring team effectiveness
Strong communication
Maintaining Content Knowledge and technical expertise

What's the name of your company?
What's your project management group's title?
Presumably, people who are hiring you, understand the scope of your work, so how do you imagine a tagline/phrase will help instill more subtleties of your job? Instead of the specific attributes you listed, from the perspective of the person who hires you, what do you do to help them do their job? Peace of mind? Financial success?

You establish a brand by consistently delivering what your clients need. What you SAY about yourself doesn't speak nearly as loudly as what you actually DO. Given that, it's not clear to me what you want from us. What would you expect us to provide?

Step back from your "question" and describe the present state and your desired future state. What will be different when you are "branded?" How will you measure the success of your re-branding effort?

I'm confident we can deliver for you, but we need more information if you want really great direction.

And if this forum seems too "public" for giving us the information we need, consider reaching out to one of the experts on the forum for private consultation. You can browse their profiles and see if you find one with the right credentials. Or post a project in the "Hire an Expert" section of this site. (See the column at the right ==> )
