How Can We Do Proper Seo?

Hello, We need your help We are running a forum https://edollarearn.com and have done some seo like offline and online but still we did't receive good amount of traffic can you please guide me how to do proper SEO?

    What are your baseline traffic volume (before SEO)? After?
    It appears you've been doing some black hat SEO (https://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/343748-edollarearn.html) - which no doubt isn't going to help your positioning.
    It all starts with who specifically you're trying to target...and why they'd be interested in what you're offering.

    SEO takes a while to have an impact, even when it's done well. If you're looking for a quick hit, you are better off with PPC advertising. And, if you do it right, PPC advertising will also help your SEO (longer-term).

    A forum aimed at whom? To to what? On what topic? To what size of audience?
