A new start - only in a business you know well. One huge advantage!

So - a few things to reflect on, consider and then put into action:

You had two clients. What were their "pinch points" the areas they felt pain that you provided solace for (= your solutions). This will get pretty personal and you'll need courage to put it into gear, however you've already been in business so you will have some foundations.

What have previous businesses said about you that was positive (or negative)? You can use this to make yourself special in a world of conformity and boring sales patter. This will attract the clients who would get on well with you - and deter bad ones.

A tip from my own experience: lay down the law. You know what you're doing so itemize the things you do for people. most will be happy to hand over their work to an expert. Those who want to quibble WILL ALWAYS QUIBBLE no matter what - and are best left for the competition to run around, spend their time on and damage their profits thereby.

Use your previous references to leverage your new business to others. Amplify your strengths - and mention your weaknesses. As mentioned it's a strong part of your positioning strategy.

You had two big clients, now dormant. Think why you didn't have more, or seek more. Make sure that in future you have a waiting list ;-) Work out some way of getting a steady drip-feed of new prospects. The other side of your knowing the business is that you can scan any list of business addresses and know which are the people to target with your sales letters.
