I have a plan in place for my group training business and it can easily earn it over 6 figures quickly on an EFT type system in place. The only thing is how to get the word out there effectively and inexpensively too!
Now I've called all my family friends, friends past clients and pretty much everyone I know (over 300 people) about this over 3 weeks ago. I'm thinking the back to school method will wake them up again if I call them again, but I want to hit it harder (the marketing I mean). I think I'll explain the deal so you can understand it a bit better.
I'm offering as low as $15/session for group training
They can train virtually wherever (with hopes to eventually have my own facility)
Choose between 30 or 60 min sessions
(I might sell my boot camps to them as well, but the price is waaaay lower so I might just leave it out completely)
I was thinking of calling all restaurants, health stores etc for coupons for my clients and see if any of their employees would like to join after I meet with the GM.
Maybe going door-door, which could be tedious.
Or calling all the school districts in my city to get some teachers on board.
That's it for now, my niche is mostly woman ages 18-50.
