Who Should I Hire? Need Social Media Guidance

DEAR MPROFS TEAM:
I am seeking a referral from my MProfs Team.

We are seeking to engage several experts.

1. We are looking for a creative, professional approach to our website. As it stands now...we are NOT too pleased with the outcome of our existing site. We know that there are creative minds that can make our site beautiful to the eye with creative movement to the bottom, right-hand corner to our P&L.

We will soon launch our DRTV, and we want to move forward with this very quickly. Convince my team that you can do this. Show us solid examples of creative and effective sites, and we could select you or your team.

2. Social Media: We are NOT seeking to "do" social media. Most SM Consultants we've spoken with has shown us what we do NOT want...a so-called expert, with fly-by-night credentials. We want a professional who knows how to strategize, create and implement a sound, social media campaign. If you prove to us that you have created and implemented more than 1 or 2 successful social media strategies, and we will have a basis to engage in a discussion.

Again, we want professionals who are successful in their field.

    I have been working with, and recommending, a recognized expert in online marketing and social media. She has some remarkable success stories and happy clients who sing her praises. A very impressive background/resume to boot.

    We have been working with the HeavyWeights out of Indianapolis. They specialize in community management and actually engage on our behalf in pinterest and facebook. It is more than a post because they respond quickly to comments, questions, etc. They also did a digital audit for us that encompassed our website and recommendations. (Have not yet done a redesign, but working on it.)
