How Should I Name And Create Identity For My Brand

I have a photography business that is currently named after me (Clare Edmead photography). We operate in 4 holiday resorts in Greece capturing professional photos of families taking taking part in various Watersports and also family portraits. The clients are typically middle class and affluent.

So far I have considered changing the name to something more in line with the environment or to the clients. A hollister style image would with palms, sun and sea would seem appropriate and the names below could fit but I am not sure what is best:

Shore Photos
Cali Photos
Reef Digital
Coral photography

Any advice on how I should progress this would be gratefully received.....

    Do you mean keep my current name? Or continue working towards the brand image and name changes?

    If the choices you listed below are the options for renaming your company I would go with "Reef Digital" or "Coral Photography" both of those names roll of the tongue well and speak to the type of setting you photograph in. the most important thing about picking a name is to decide on something that fits the image you want your company to have and use that to strengthen your brand, at the end of the day the quality of your work will speak more about your company then your name.

    I think the current name is the best name for your photography business. But if you want to change it then my suggestion is that you shoul go for Coral photography. It sounds very formal and professional.

    Not clear as to why you want to rebrand. Also, is your main target tourists/holidaymakers?

    We would like to rebrand as the photographer are generally young Uni leavers and don't buy into the current image. Many client think are female staff are called "Clare". The clients are holiday makers. Also, we market Clare Edmead in he uk for family/baby photo shoots and the Greek business is causing confusion with are separate consumer bases.

    Since the holidaymakers might be familiar with the parent brand a repositioning tweak might be better
