Marketing/ Property Management Services

I need to get my name and my companies services in front of decision makers. I provide a financial service that is useful to almost all investment real estate property owners, but customer date is scares and knowing where to go and what approach to take is at the top of my list. The question may be best answered by someone in the business that has had actual experience in this area. Growing a business is my focus. Accomplishing the task without spreading my energy to thin and keeping within a budget is my wish. Can you help me?

    Roscoe - It would help us to know more specifics. For example: what region do you serve? Who specifically is your target audience (not everyone who owns real estate is likely to need your help)? What makes your services better than those they might already enlist? What do you know that they don't? Why should they trust your company?

    My business accounts are located in Southern California, Los Angeles. And are mostly ocean oriented investment properties.

    I manage the financial and maintenance affairs for Investors who own apartment buildings. A typical account consist of a 10 unit or greater building. Many of my clients live out of the area and rely on my company to take care of all the day-to-day activities of their investments. They are individuals who spend their time on work and family and leave the task of property management to a professional. I imagine you could also characterize them as financially stable and upper middle class.

    My services are far and away superior to other managers in the area. I have a knowledgeable staff, with decades of real experience, modern technological systems in place, and an excellent services record. We are competitive with our fees and have the ability to focus on the personal needs of a client as well. You could say the easiest It doesn't take much convincing to get a new client once they are aware of our capabilities. The difficulty is in getting the opportunity to present our services.

    Hope this defines my status and thanks for any thoughts.
