I'll start with "And the repeat buyers what are the the moves/marketing plans that we do so that they can buy again to our company?" just how long a reach does your marketing plan have? My neighbour bought his motorbike new, and has had it twenty and more years - and has no intention of buying a new one any time soon. The solution is simple: don't expect your buyers to buy again any time soon, but DO EXPECT them to extoll your motorbikes to their friends.

These friends won't be given any goodies, all they'll see is a fine machine that had a proud owner. Find out what makes that owner proud, and what it is in his motorbike that makes him think this, and you have the basis for an effective campaign. As long as it's not something that every motorbike owner wants - speed, thrill or whatever. You need to find out why he chose your bike above the rest.

From that, everything follows - freebies to taglines.

Assuming you're a dealer not a manufacturer location and local advertising will be big factors in drawing new customers in. They when they arrive at your shop what do they see - how do your premises look, what opening times do you have, what services and extras do you have to attract new customers, what information and help are you able to provide?

Existing buyers will want somewhere to get their motorbike serviced or upgraded, new helmets, gloves etc and can point new buyers in your direction if you provide good service, advice and products. Many new buyers will be looking through advertising in papers and on the web so advertise the bikes you sell - secondhand and new.

You can also develop events (eg racing, showing, touring) or get involved with local biker clubs, or sponsor events that are popular with bikers. Be enthusiastic and share the bikers enthusiasms.
