If your sales team isn't interested in your marketing plan, either they are not correctly motivated or you are not helping them.
Does your marketing plan provide them in some way with qualified leads? Focusing, specifically, on how it is you are going to effectively help them may get their interest.

Instead of "interesting" make it relevant. Focus on answering: What information are they looking for? How will they know "it's working"? How will this plan specifically change their day-to-day efforts? Why should they change "business-as-usual" (help them to see a bigger picture)?

If they had part in crafting the marketing plan, then there shouldn't be any surprises. But if this is being sprung upon them, expect a lot of push-back.

Only ... look at it that you're making their lives easier. Good marketing gets good leads - ones that are already "sold", meaning that all the sales team have to do is close the deal.

By showing them how to close a higher number of sales, more often, at higher price points.

They will find it interesting when they see how it will help them achieve their objectives/make more money.

Sales people are generally very money motivated, and often short term perspective folks. So they will want to know what you are doing that helps/hurts them in this, and not want to be bothered by stuff outside of this.

Let them know of marketing programs and other activities that should provide them with leads/sales, or additional tools to help them sell.

Some things that you do will be hindering them, but are still things that the company says should be done. For example, if you set up tracking that requires they fill in data to a CRM program - this takes time from them. They may not like it, but the company has agreed (hopefully) that it is worth doing, so they are being told to do it. You should let them know.

Anything else you are doing in your marketing plan that doesn't impact them, I would either very briefly talk about or not talk about it at all.

Firstly, you need to understand that your Sales team will look for 'What's in for them ?' So you need to work out your presentation that highlights their benefits through your marketing plan.
Secondly, include more of visuals, less words and do not get into finer details.
Eg. You could show them visuals of advertising campaign you are developing, areas/cities you are targetting, if there's a schedule share it, the entire campaign cost/spend (at card rate not nego rate), then talk about how this campaign is going to make a difference to their sales - lead gen etc.
Hope it helped. If you need more details you can contact me personally.
    Thanks.
