    All of the above, and by getting out there and pounding the pavement, banging on doors, and shaking hands. That is: by meeting people out in the field and by asking what they need. Then by making sure they get it in a timely fashion.

    The tool you use doesn't matter as much as the value of your offer. From the perspective of your customers, why should they buy from YOU? Once you know what makes you special and who you're targeting, the next step is to figure out the right tactics that match your target.
