    Where? Are your customers mostly locals or tourists, or a mix of both? What/who is your main competition?

    Why do you need a name? Most beach kiosks get customers by pure convenience for people on the beach, not because the hut has a particular name. In that mode, you can call the kiosk anything you like. Sandy's. Bikini Bar, Gellato's, Snack Island, Starfish, Munch, Bag-a-snak, Sailorbay...
