Sir as i am establishing a TV channel i want the different types of ideas to promote my TV channel basic things which i can do to promote the channel .

    Who is the target audience? Where? What do you want them to do?

    Is there a marketing plan? Perhaps you can share that with us.

    You probably need to prepare a compelling presentation to deliver face-to-face with prospective advertisers showing them how/why your channel is the right media vehicle for their [specific] target audience. The more specific you can be, and the more highly targeted your audience is, the easier this will be for you ... and the more effective you will be.

    What's your background in TV? Might you be better off starting a web video series to test the waters first?
