Searching For Name For Elegant Upmarket Event

I host elegant wine food pairing/tasting events and I am looking for a name for these events. I want to build a brand for these events

    Where do your events take place? How do attendees learn about them?

    They take place in LA and they become aware of them through eventbrite and so forth. Posted on groups and meetups
