    You will need to give us more information.

    What is a "Product wise sale?" Who set the target? What if it is not realistic? Who is the target audience? Where? What will the product do for the primary target audience? What's in it for them to do business with you?

    Sometimes the cost of promoting sales exceeds the resulting incremental profit, so the more sales you generate the lower the profitability. Make sure that's not the case before you start spending money to sell more -- unless that kind of investment spending is likely to be beneficial long-term.

    What's the target?
    What are the current sales?
    What's the shortfall?
    What's the time line?
    How resourceful are you?

    Note the wording of that last question. Never mind resources, what will you need to pull out of the hat to hit your numbers?
