Name For Employee Award

I am in need of a name for an employee recognition award. With the company's name having the word "eclipse" in it, I'd like to use that as the key theme. I'm sure there are lots of ideas, but I'm just not creative enough to come up with one. Thanks!

    What types of employee roles are you recognizing?

    This is a general award for going above normal job duties. We are a small company and our "managers" work alongside employees. The award amount could range from just recognition to a small cash value. We want to give shout-outs and improve employee morale using this award.

    p.s. I'd consider using a concept that's opposite of Eclipse. "Shine On" or "Spotlight" or... you get it, right?
